A native Rust terminal for Linux and macOS, with its own VT/ANSI parser, terminal grid and PTY handling. Metal rendering on macOS and software rendering on Linux.
Experience
Technical direction and stack restructuring. Go services, critical paths in Rust, architecture, deployments and security built into development. Hands-on leadership alongside the team.
Linux/SUSE systems, network infrastructure and hardening. Development in Rust, Python, C++, Flutter and Go, with PostgreSQL and cloud deployments.
Real-time image classification with C++, ONNX Runtime and the Snapdragon NPU (Hexagon DSP), using INT8 quantization for on-device inference. Developed computer vision solutions during the Edge AI Hackathon.
Web applications with Ruby on Rails, Hanami, PHP and JavaScript; Ubuntu servers, deployments, domains and DNS. Translated platform content into English and collaborated remotely with a Korean team.
Automation scripts and integrations for customer service and maintenance requests. Worked with SAP Hybris and internal tools for data management and processing.
An operational role with a self-directed Python automation initiative, identifying and eliminating repetitive manual tasks across the team.
Multilingual support, tool integrations and documentation for the open-model community.
Package maintenance and documentation in Portuguese, Korean and Italian. Reproducible environments as part of everyday work.
Contributions to GPU memory allocation on Apple Silicon, focused on efficient local inference.
Translation, documentation and packaging. Brazilian Portuguese localization and collaboration through Weblate.
Principles
Read the code, investigate the system and understand the machine. Abstractions get better when we know what happens beneath them.
Choose tools to fit the problem. Make the system readable, predictable and maintainable for the people who come next.
Contribute code, documentation and community work. Sharing the process is part of building, too.
Consider trust boundaries, data and operations alongside the architecture. Security is part of everyday engineering.

I lead CybercodeBR, a community hub for open-source developers in Brazil, with free events, content for every level and open projects.
I created and organize this monthly online series on Omarchy, Hyprland and Linux workflows for developers. Streamed on YouTube and listed on Omarchy's global meetup calendar.
Talks with guests from the community, from migrating to Linux to running self-hosted AI agents such as Hermes Agent on the system.
I defined participation levels, member-supported events, a code of conduct, a developer residency and public financial transparency.
I maintain the organization's repositories — website, talks and configs — and the event infrastructure across Luma, YouTube and Discord.
Beyond the code
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
Certified Cybersecurity Professional
Program in progress.
Further education in Inclusive Education and Artificial Intelligence. Studied and developed accessible AI solutions with a focus on digital inclusion.
Undergraduate research in Linux.
Extension course in Chinese–Portuguese translation, with text analysis and practical translation between Mandarin and Portuguese.
I’m also a musician. Music, composition and languages are other ways I create and express myself.
